Now what??
You loved your massage! Now What? You get off the table after 60-90 minutes of bliss. Your shoulders are back down where they should be rather than up near your ears. Your low back is missing that ache that’s been bugging you for weeks. You feel like a new person and you’re ready to float out of building. Massage is magical, right? So what’s next? You’re probably familiar with the typical after-care suggestions from massage therapists - stay hydrated, stretch, ice or heat your trouble areas. All great ideas. But maybe you’re thinking, “I love Autumn" so much. She is a wizard with the hands of an angel. I wish I could give her one million dollars but alas, my bank account won’t support such things**. I wonder what I could do to help HER since she has helped ME?!?!” ** I can set up a payment plan if you’d like. Here are three things you could do after your appointment to show me how much you care. ![]() Book Your Next Massage There’s not much I love more than when a client books their next massage when they’re checking out from their previous one. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups come close, but not quite. It lets me know that you loved your treatment, value massage as part of your overall wellness, and are excited to come again. What could be better than that?
![]() Tell Your Friends Word of mouth is the best form of marketing any massage therapist could have. You’re way more likely to try a restaurant, hairstylist, or bottle of wine if your friends recommend it and it’s no different for massage. Is your BFF looking stressed? Tell her about this amazing session you just had and how much better you feel after.
![]() Write A Review The number one way a new client finds my office is through Google, and many say that they checked out reviews before booking. It makes sense - there’s a lot of massage therapists out there and you want to know what you’re getting yourself into. Honest (and glowing, of course) reviews from clients are a huge help.
